Good Afternoon Peter,
The CHPF will be sending two jets of water and medical supplies to our search and rescue team in Haiti tomorrow. Frank and the team will be coming back tomorrow afternoon. The planes will not fly empty to pick them up. We will be sending as many medical supplies and water as we can collect TODAY.
CHPF Board Member, David Dweck, has offered his “Foreclosure Express Bus” to collect any water and medical supplies that are dropped off today. The bus will be parked all day until 5 pm at the front entrance of the Wyndham Garden Hotel, 1950 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL (just west of I-95 on the south side of Glades Road). The hotel staff will be happy to help you if you need any assistance when you arrive.
A short report on our amazing “Search and Rescue Team” on Day 3:
Thank you for your prayers. The team had a miraculous day when they were able to rescue a woman named “Izabelle” who had been trapped for 72 hours under her house (took 5 hours for the team to get her out). Our teams ambulance driver, “Frank”, then drove Izabelle to a field hospital which turned out to be full and she was turned away. However, we were able to get her to another medical camp to provide her with the necessary medical care. After rescuing Izabelle, the team had another successful rescue when they saved another woman who was trapped under her house. While the team was exhausted and overwhelmed they felt the day was successfull due to their efforts.
