Hi Capt Pete,
I noticed you mentioned Steve Cook as one of your original instructors for wholesaling.
Is your program structure and scope beyond SC’s wholesale materials? and if so in what ways? Are contracts the same, or do you approach wholesaling in your own way with specific contracts to your approach? Is it partly in the marketing methods?

Steve is a friend and was insturmental in my early success as a rehabber investor. Steve’s educational material is terrific and we share many of the fundamentals.
